Pretty Paws Pet Grooming 

We dropped our dog off this morning for a first time appointment with Shannon’s Pretty Paws. She looks so beautiful! We are so happy with her grooming! Her teeth and ears are clean and we love the length around her eyes and face. We would definitely recommend Shannon’s Pretty Paws!

Not happy at all with services. I scheduled appt by phone and was clear what services I wanted and the type of cat. Traveled miles to find out after I left my cat that they don't trim short haired cats. Services weren't performed as stated or paid for. He was still to get a bath, comb out, ears, glands, etc cleaned. He received a bath for $65. No trimming of nails nor hair on or between pads. His coat is dull and she said she couldn't do a comb out because he hissed when she took him out of the dryer. Well, I'm that parent who doesn't believe it. Sterling is a crier not a hisser. Ask anyone who has encountered him. This was not his first time getting groomed and he has always had a trim. He's been constantly licking himself since he's been there. The only groomer for cats is the owner Shannon, and she's afraid of cats.
