"Shannon and her team was amazing with Daisy!! We attempted to cut Daisy nails ourselves a few months ago and went too short, every since then she has been scared to death to get them cut. We made it a point to tell groomers this right away, we had a few turn us away because of this. Shannon's team, just ask for more details about the incident and said they would do their best. When I got the call saying Daisy was ready, I asked about how the nail cutting went, they had NO issues at all with Daisy. Upon picking Daisy up, you could tell how well they treated her, because she wanted to go back in! When I first dropped her off she was trying to escape! I was so pleased we even set up another appointment right on the spot for Daisy and our other dog!"

"They take great care of Bailey while he's there. He's happy to see them, and always looks great at the end of his time there. They have also recommended better brushes for him that have truly helped us keep his coat healthy at home in between visits. I highly recommend them!"

"I bought my first dog and was desperately in search of a groomer. I called a few places nearby and almost everywhere was at least 1 month plus before I could an appointment. Called Shannon and they were able to get me an appointment within 2 weeks! Took my dog and needless to say they did a fantastic job every time! Jeanie does a great job with my Beau and he loves her!"

"Shannon is awesome! We brought our 5-month old puppy for her first grooming. Shannon worked with her to get her used to the tub, the blowdryer, and the whole grooming process. Took about 2 hours, and Shannon gave us a call when she was almost ready to be picked up. Easy scheduling, reasonable prices, and overall excellent experience. Our puppy even made a new friend and got some socialization. We’ve already scheduled our puppy’s next appointment!"

"We like it here very much My dog is a mutt and gets matted easily and they have done an excellent job each time in figuring out her best look. We had a bad experience at PetSmart and so far this has been a good experience. Shannon remembered my dog even after never working on her herself. She pretty much exactly what we wanted. She smelled and looked great! Reasonably priced too!"

"I have an anxious Golden Retriever. He had his first visit on March 1. They took their time and allowed him to settle enough to get groom. He came home looking and smelling wonderful. The grooming would have lasted if my husband did not let our dog go out in the yard (after rain) I forgot he was out there. My husband had to do another rinse off to un muddy our dog, but I could still smell the shampoo gro groomer days later. Our dog is definitely returning to Pretty Paws. We left (use to be ) Bow Wag. They were great until new management took over. They are charging 85$ for bath only and offer no other services unless you want training. Pretty Paws charges the same rate for full services and a scarf 😊."

They take into consideration the pets comfort, possible fears and general disposition when caring for them and the prices are reasonable."

"Shannon and her team just have a way with these pups. My two have been going to her for a few years and I can tell you that I'm thrilled that she moved to Edgewood (right by the Home Depot).. a lot closer for me, which means I can take my pups more often."

"Shannon's Pretty Paws does a great job with my cat Simba. I had a hard time finding somewhere that would cut cats. My cat is a long haired cats with nasal issues so we like to keep him short. Simba always comes home looking like a handsome boy. Very clean environment. Shannon takes her time with each pet and makes them feel loved with hugs and kisses."

"My 6 year old Beagle has very bad anxiety and Jess gave her the best reassurance that she would be ok. I hands down will be returning every 3 weeks. Jess was amazing with her.
